The Rose Corporation is a development and investment firm that has been active in the GTA and beyond for over 30 years. They have a track record of building off their experience, and have overseen a wide variety of different projects. They’re capable of building residential condos and apartments, as well as commercial developments, and have even pursued other unique projects outside of the real estate industry. They’re not afraid of pursuing the uncommon, and this has proven to be the backbone of their success.

The Rose Corporation has been in operation since 1982, and they spent a decade and half as a publicly traded company on the Toronto Stock Exchange. They ended this foray in the stock market in the year 2000, as they successfully privatized their company.
