Onni Group of Companies is a fully-integrated, family-run enterprise and is one of North America’s preeminent private real estate developers, who has extensive experience in acquisitions, designing, developing, building and managing ingenious projects. They are a major player in the trade and are primarily based in Vancouver, British Columbia.

The company is fronted by siblings Rossano and Morris DeCotiis. Its their father, Inno who founded the privately owned business, (Onni is Inno spelled backwards). Their varied portfolio consists of master-planned, combined-use communities, low and high-rise residential condominiums, office buildings, retail spaces, shopping centres, and industrial parks.
