In 2002, Rohit Group expanded into land development, with a vision for creating multi-generational neighbourhoods with a variety of housing styles. This was a natural progression for us, since we have always been so engaged in family and community. Rohit Communities creates neighbourhoods that nurture families — giving first-time buyers, young and expanding families, and downsizers a place to grow together.
